- No smoking in rooms. Smoking allowed outside within premises
- One day deposit to hold down facility. Refundable if bookings is cancelled 24hrs prior
- Only one family/or group of persons to occupy at a time
- Can book as many days as possible. A special discount for long stay
- Check-in time at anytime but Checkout at 1pm.
- Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or events without prior written permission.
- Waste Management: Dispose of trash in designated bins. Keep compound clean and tidy.
- Security Protocol: Keep all doors locked when away. Do not share access codes or duplicate keys.
- Utility Conservation: Conserve water and electricity. Turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.
- Beach Items: Beach towels and equipment must be cleaned before returning to the house.
- Property Care: Do not move furniture or make alterations to the property. Treat the house as your own.
- Report Damages Immediately: Report any damaged or malfunctioning items upon arrival to avoid liability.
- Parking Limit: Maximum of 4 cars allowed. Park only in designated parking areas.
